We kick off the weekend with a look at some recent customs by forum memer Darth Daddy, who for years has continued to churn out great custom after great custom on what seems like a weekly basis.
Check out his super-articulated Chirrut Imwe from Rogue One, which quite franky puts Hasbro’s current offering to shame by clicking here!
Walmart.com has the new AT-ACT available online now with free shipping for a much easier price to swallow than the MSRP – with a Rollback price of $199.97.
Thanks to our friends at Jeditemplearchives for the heads up!
UPDATE – Walmart has raised the price back up to $299.99!
Rumour has it (ooh) we can expect a few more Rogue One (5 POA) action figure two packs — both of which may feature a trooper that seems to be all the rage right now. One of the sets includes a rebel pilot, the other, a “space monkey”? Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
For reference, here are the Walmart item numbers and UPCs for the next few waves of 6″ Black Series figures.

Like it or not, Hasbro’s probably not going to move away from 5POA for a while in the 3.75″ lineup. But, maybe there’s a better way for them to entice the market to purchase more of these figures.
Would a set of alternate arms be a good way to do this? For myself, yes, this would be a very fun way for Hasbro to make this product line much more appealing as it would help aleviate some of the frustrations with the 5POA concept.

Disney Movie Rewards now has the Rogue One “Payoff” One-Sheet for redemption on their site.
Thanks to Corey from First Order Transmissions for the alert.
With Rogue One, we saw most of the product names shielded with animal designations such as shark, seal, owl, unicorn, etc. Episode VIII product will follow suit adapting the NATO phonetic alphabet with terms like “Victor”, “Tango” and “Foxtrot”. These names have been spotted in databases already so get ready to learn and speculate as to what they may stand for in the film.
Stop. Rumor Time. We’ve received a tad bit of intel regarding a future (not necessarily the next) wave of 3.75″ Black Series figures coming to Walmart next year.
Without spilling the beans fully, I can hint that all four will probably be repacks; two of them are potential army builders, one is a very requested figure from the Original Trilogy offered briefly in the Vintage Collection and one is a perennial favorite.
Any guesses? Leave them in the comment section or forums and stay tuned for more vague rumors and cryptic writings (maybe even for Episode VIII) in the coming days.

Hasbro Pulse has posted a new article breaking down the differences in the various Shoretrooper/Scarif Stormtroopers in Rogue One. Detailing the differences between the standard trooper, squad leader and captain, Hasbro also restates that all three designs will be available in the 3.75″ scale but also expect a 12″ version in the spring.
The gang at JediInsider.com have posted a great gallery of Hasbro’s new AT-ACT vehicle, with some comparison pics that help put this thing in better perspective.

We have updated the toyguide entry for the 6″ Black Series C-3PO (Resistance Base) #29 figure to include the “dark arm” variant that is now shipping to stores. Sadly, it appears that Hasbro overcorrected in their attempt to portray Threepio’s superfluous coloration from The Force Awakens.
